Overview
Client Owners and Tutors can invite employers to your organisation and assign line managers to them. This helps maintain accurate employer records and supports the apprenticeship management process.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Client Owner
- Tutor
Steps
How to Add an Employer
- Click Organisation Settings in the navigation menu.
- Select Manage Employers.
- Click Add an Employer.
- Enter the employer’s name.
- Indicate whether the employer pays the apprenticeship levy.
- Click Add Employer.
Adding a Line Manager
- Click Add First Line Manager.
- Enter the line manager’s first name, last name, and email address.
- Click Add Line Manager.
✔️ Tip: Make sure employer and line manager details are accurate to avoid delays in communication and reporting.
Tips & Notes
- Line managers will receive an invitation once added.
- Ensure the email address is correct before sending — invites cannot be redirected.
- Employer records can be edited later if needed.
