Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

On 16th January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol and RPL.

Unable to update an applicant

If you're unable to update an applicant and the E-Portolio centre is greyed out, follow the steps below.

All the Tutors need to be assigned to an Eportfolio centre and then you'll be able to update the applicants.

To assign a tutor to a Eportfolio centre, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Manage your team
  3. Click the context menu (3 dots) on the right hand side of the tutors name
  4. Click Edit
  5. Click on E-Portfolio Centre
  6. Click the centre
  7. Click Update team member

Each Tutor will need to be assigned to a centre. Once this has been done you'll be able to update the applicants.
