Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

RPL: Archiving Applicants

Overview

Client Owners and Tutors can archive applicants to keep application lists organised. Archived applicants are moved to a separate section but can be restored at any time if needed.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

Steps to Archive an Applicant

  1. Click Applications in the navigation menu.
  2. Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu.
  3. Click Archive.
  4. Confirm Archive.

The applicant will now appear in the Archived section.

Steps to Unarchive an Applicant

  1. Click Applications in the navigation menu.
  2. Click the Archived tab.
  3. Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu.
  4. Click Unarchive.
  5. Confirm Unarchive.

The applicant will now appear in the Active section.

✔️ Tip: Use archiving to keep your active applicant list clear and focused on current candidates.
