How the Inclusion Module Works
The Inclusion Module is linked to learner records rather than a specific funding model or programme type.
If a learner exists within Onefile Eportfolio and you have permission to access them, they can be managed through the Inclusion Module.
This includes learners studying:
- Apprenticeships
- Diplomas
- Certificates
- Vocational Qualifications
- Adult Learning Programmes
- Standalone Qualifications
Can Adult Learners Use the Inclusion Module?
Yes. Adult learners completing standalone qualifications can benefit from the same Inclusion Module features as apprenticeship learners.
This includes functionality such as:
- Barriers to Learning
- Support Needs
- Reasonable Adjustments
- Support Plans
- Support Delivery Tracking
- Wellbeing Check-ins
- Learner Support Reviews
Can Learners Be Filtered by Programme?
Yes. Although the Inclusion Module is learner-based, programme information remains available for filtering and reporting purposes.
Users can utilise fields such as:
- Main Learning Aim
- Programme Information
- Learner Characteristics
- Support Information
This makes it easier to analyse support provision across different learner groups.
Benefits of a Learner-Based Approach
