When Will the Inclusion Module Be Available?

Overview

The Inclusion Module is available now and can be enabled by Centres using Onefile Eportfolio. The module provides tools to record and manage learner support information, barriers to learning, reasonable adjustments, support plans, wellbeing check-ins, and support delivery activity.

To ensure Centres can configure permissions and settings before rollout, the Inclusion Module is disabled by default when first released.

How Do I Access the Inclusion Module?

Before users can access the Inclusion Module:

  1. The module must be enabled for the Centre.
  2. Appropriate permissions must be assigned to user roles.
  3. Learner access can be enabled where required.

Once enabled and configured, users will be able to access the Inclusion Module according to their assigned permissions.

Can I Test the Module Before Using It?

Yes. The Inclusion Module is available on practice sites as well as live Centres. This allows you to review functionality, configure permissions, and familiarise staff with the module before rolling it out to learners.

What Happens If I Can't See the Module?

If you cannot see the Inclusion Module after release:

  • Check that the module has been enabled.
  • Confirm your user role has been granted access.
  • Verify that any relevant learner-level settings have been configured.
  • Perform a full browser refresh to ensure you are viewing the latest version of the page.
