How to enable single Sign on (SSO)

Single Sign-on allows users to log into 3rd party systems using their OneFile credentials. 

Reach out to your Onefile Success Manager to enable the SSO integration.

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Managers

To enable Single Sign on, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Centre icon
  2. Click on the Integrations icon 
  3. Click Go to Integrations
  4. Click Add Single Sign-on App
  5. Select your external application 
  6. Complete all mandatory fields
  7. Click Save

You'll then be presented with a token.
