Add an Employer

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

Client Owners and Tutors can invite Employers to your organisation. To invite an employer follow the steps below:

  1. Click Organisation Settings in the navigation menu
  2. Click Manage employers
  3. Click Add an employer
  4. Add the Employers name and whether they pay the apprenticeship levy
  5. Click Add Employer

To add a line manager to the employer, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Add first line manager
  2. Add the first name, last name, and email address
  3. Click Add line manager
