Switching between Keychain accounts

You can switch between accounts that are associated with your keychain without having to return to the keychain page, by following the steps below:

  1. Click your name in the top right hand corner of the page
  2. Click Switch Account
  3. Select Product
  4. Select Account

Account not appearing?

If you have an account for one of OneFile Products which isn't appearing on Switch Account, this means the account isn't linked to the keychain or the account is unprotected.
