On Wednesday, 3rd September 2025, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements to Eportfolio and the Learning Journal aimed at improving usability, accuracy, and the overall experience for both learners and assessors.

Link custom form sections to review types

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

To link a form section to a review type so the section only appears on reviews linked to the selected review type, follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure the form is published as Learner Review
  2. Open or create form 
  3. Click New Form Section  or Click Edit on existing section
  4. Select Review Type (All review types will be selected by default)
  5. Click Save

Note: if a section is set to All review type, the fields will appear on every review.

Missing review type?

If there is a review type missing from your available types, contact your Centre Manager.
