Creating Assessor Observations

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Internal Quality Assurer

Before using this feature, a Centre Manager will need to design and publish a Custom Form as an Assessor Observation form.

The instances of these forms are started by the IV/IQA, which are then signed by the Assessor.

To start an assessor observation form follow the steps below:

  1. Scroll down to the Assessors section of your IQA homepage
  2. Click Assessor Observations next to assessor's name
  3. Click Create new assessor observation
  4. Select the Assessor Observation Template you would like to use
  5. Complete the form fields
  6. Sign the form
  7. Click Save

The Assessor will now receive a task to read and sign the form.
