On Tuesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio, to introduce some enhancements and fixes.

Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss.

How do I enable the Cognassist integration?

Please contact your OneFile Success Manager to discuss enabling the integration first before following the information below.

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

API Token and Key

This integration requires a Client ID and Secret from Cognassist.

To enable the integration, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Centre in navigation menu
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Click Go to integrations 
  4. Click Configure for Cognassist
  5. Add Client ID
  6. Add Secret

Once the integration has been enabled, the data will begin to be appear within Eportfolio. Further information on how the integration works, can be found here.
