Overview
This feature allows Training Providers to remove an employer from the system.
Important: Employers can only be deleted if they have no learners assigned.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Training Provider
Steps to Delete an Employer
- Click Employers from the left-hand navigation bar.
- Locate the employer you want to delete.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Confirm by clicking Delete.
Result: The employer is removed from the system.
Employer Deletion Rules
- Employers with assigned learners cannot be deleted.
- When deleting an employer:
- The Key Contact will be removed.
- Their account will be deleted from the Keychain.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Delete option not available | Check if the employer has learners assigned; remove learners first. |
| Employer still visible after deletion | Refresh the page or clear filters. |
