Overview
System Announcements are messages shared across Onefile Eportfolio to provide important updates or service information. Users can revisit past announcements at any time directly from their homepage.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- All users
Steps
How to View Previous Service Announcements
- Scroll to the Other Options section on your homepage.
- Click Read System Announcements.
- Click Display all previous announcements.
Please note: Only service announcements that have not yet expired will be visible.
Tips & Notes
- You can return to the System Announcements page at any time through the homepage.
- Expired announcements are removed automatically based on their end date.
- If you cannot see any announcements, it may be because none are currently active or unexpired.
