We’re currently aware of an issue where download portfolio's are taking longer than expected to become available to download.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.

The product is currently making its way through the backlog and the portfolio's will be available as soon as possible.

How to view previous System Announcements

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • All users 

To view previous service announcements, follow the below steps: 

  1. Scroll to Other Options on your homepage 
  2. Click Read System Announcements
  3. Click Display all previous announcements  

Please note that only service announcements that have not yet expired will be visible.
