Overview
Client Owners and Tutors can archive applicants to keep application lists organised. Archived applicants are moved to a separate section but can be restored at any time if needed.
User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Client Owner
- Tutor
Steps to Archive an Applicant
- Click Applications in the navigation menu.
- Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu.
- Click Archive.
- Confirm Archive.
The applicant will now appear in the Archived section.
Steps to Unarchive an Applicant
- Click Applications in the navigation menu.
- Click the Archived tab.
- Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu.
- Click Unarchive.
- Confirm Unarchive.
The applicant will now appear in the Active section.
✔️ Tip: Use archiving to keep your active applicant list clear and focused on current candidates.
