How to review and sign a form (Enrol)

Overview

Training Providers can review and approve forms submitted by learners (and employers if required). This process ensures that all information is correct before marking the form as complete.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Training Provider

Steps to Review and Sign a Form

  1. Click Review Forms in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Locate the form you want to review.

  3. Click Review and Approve.

  4. Click Approve Learner.

  5. Select You confirm the information is correct.

  6. Click Mark as Complete.

Result: The form status will now show as Complete.


Learner and Employer Forms

  • If the form requires Learner and Employer completion:
    • After you review the learner submission, the form is sent to the employer.
    • Once the employer signs, the form returns to the Training Provider for a final review and signature.

Troubleshooting

IssueSolution
Cannot mark as completeEnsure all required fields are reviewed and confirmation is ticked.
Form not appearingCheck permissions and confirm the form is assigned to your role.
