Assigning Assessment Templates

Allow assessment templates

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor 
  • Trainee Assessor

To assign an Assessment Template, follow the steps below:

  1. Scroll down to Forms & Templates on your homepage  
  2. Click Assessment Templates 
  3. Click Assign to Leaner(s) 
  4. Click the Filter by Class drop-down menu and select the Class
  5. Select Assign to Multiple Learners or Assign to Single Learner 
  6. Select Learner(s)
  7. Add any extra information to the template
  8. Select who the assessment should be started by
  9. Click Assign

Assessor to start

Do not sign the template yet if you wish to start the assessment as an assessor and amend after the template has been assigned to the learner.
