RPL: No reduction on completed skills scans.

We're aware of an issue where the RPL funding reduction isn't being applied to applicants since the latest update on 18/02/2025, around 2pm GMT.

Currently, there's no workaround available. Whilst we investigate with urgency, we advise you not to accept or reject any applicants that come through, until we have further information.

What's the difference between Assessment Templates and Plan Templates?

Two of the main features of OneFile are Plans and Assessments.

Plans, which are created for individual Learners, allow the assessor to plan for multiple tasks (learning and assessment tasks) to be completed by the Learner, Assessor or Employer.

Assessments, which are are created for individual learners, are used to capture evidence, set criteria against the learner's Learning Aims and record feedback.

Therefore, Assessment Templates are Assessments that can be sent out to multiple Learners at a time and can be re-used over and over again.

Likewise, Plan Templates are Plans that can be sent out to multiple Learners at a time and can be re-used over and over again.
