Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Creating Assessment Templates

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor

  Centre Setting

Allow assessment templates

To create an Assessment Template, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Quality in the navigation menu

    1. If you're logged in as an Assessor you can access Assessment Templates under Forms & Templates on your homepage

  2. Click Assessment Templates
  3. Click Create New Centre Template 
    1. If you're logged in as an Assessor, you’ll see Create New Assessment Template
  4. Enter the Template Name
  5. Enter the Assessment Title - this will appear on the learner's portfolio once assigned
  6. Enter the Task Details - this will appear as task instructions to the user once assigned
  7. Select the Primary Assessment Method
  8. Click Set Criteria
  9. Select learning aim and unit you wish to link to the template
  10. Click Add Selected
  11. To view all criteria click Expand/Collapse All 
  12. Select the criteria you wish to link to the template
  13. Click Save
  14. Add evidence and feedback (if required)
  15. Click Save

Assessors can use assessment template in the following ways: 

  • Assign to a Learner or multiple 
  • Learners Link as a task on a Plan for an individual Learner 
  • Link as a task on a Plan Template

Terminology

Please note that the terminology used in this article may be different depending on your Centre.
