Why can't I see the Assessment Template icon?

Overview

If you cannot see the Assessment Template icon, it is likely that the required Centre Setting has not been enabled. Assessment Templates allow Assessors to create reusable templates that can be assigned to learners.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor

Centre Setting

To enable Assessment Templates, ensure the following setting is activated:

  • Allow assessment templates

How to Enable Assessment Templates

  1. Click Centre on the navigation bar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Assessments section.
  4. Tick Allow assessment templates.
  5. Click Save.

Important Information

  • Centre Managers access Assessment Templates from the Quality area.
  • Assessors access Assessment Templates from the Forms & Templates section of their account.
  • Assessment Templates can only be assigned to learners by an Assessor.

Tips & Notes

  • If the icon still does not appear, refresh your browser or log out and back in.
  • Permissions may need adjusting if Assessors are still unable to see the icon.
  • Changes to Centre Settings apply to all users with access to Assessment Templates.
