Overview
Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) can select assessment actions when sampling assessments. These actions help track quality assurance activities and provide feedback to assessors.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Internal Quality Assurer
Steps to Select IQA Assessment Actions
- Open the Assessment you want to sample.
- Tick the criteria you’ve sampled.
- Enter feedback for the assessor.
- Scroll to the Assessment Decision section.
- Select your Assessment Decision.
- Tick the relevant Assessment Actions.
- Sign the Assessment.
- Click Save & Quit.
ℹ️Important Notes
- Next to each IQA action, you will see a count of how many times the action has already been selected for the current assessor.
- To report on IV Assessment Actions, go to the IQA Assessment Actions Report under Internal Verifier Reports.
Assessment Actions
If you cannot see the assessment action you need:
- Contact your Centre Manager, who can create the required action.
