This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
- Internal Quality Assurer with permission
- Assessor with permission
Permissions
Can manage learner accounts
To Suspend learner access, please follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the learner's account page
- Tick Suspend user access
- Enter a reason for suspension - this just ensures that anyone with access to this learner knows why they have been suspended
- Click Save
