Overview
Archiving a user account removes the user from active lists and reports while reassigning any pending tasks to another user. This helps maintain accurate user records and ensures workflow continuity.

Steps to Archive a User Account
Step 1: Navigate to Users
- Click Users in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Find the User
- Use the search bar to locate the user you want to archive.
Step 3: Access Account Settings
- Click Account next to the user’s name.
Step 4: Archive the Account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Archive.
- Read the on-screen message.
- Click Allocate caseload and tasks to this user to choose a new user for reassignment.
- Click Archive again to confirm.
Users That Can Be Archived
- Trainee Assessor
- Assessor
- Internal Verifier
Impact on Reports and Lists
- Archived users will no longer appear in reports or search results.
- Any pending tasks will be reassigned to the selected replacement user during the process.
