Overview
Once you have completed all required onboarding steps, your onboarding journey will update to show as Complete. This lets your training provider know that you have finished all tasks needed before starting your programme.
What You Will See
- Your Onboarding status will show as Complete.
- You will no longer have any outstanding steps in your portal.
What Your Training Provider Sees
Your training provider will be able to see your completion status immediately. They may contact you if any follow‑up actions are required.
Tips & Notes
- If you believe a step should be marked as complete but isn’t, contact your training provider.
- Some providers may require additional checks after onboarding is complete.
