Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Enrol Onboarding Transfer to Other Products

Overview

Once a learner has successfully completed their Enrol Onboarding workflow, their record can be transferred into other Onefile products. This transfer is controlled by your Centre’s Integration Hub configuration and Event Subscription settings.

Upon completion, learners can be automatically transferred into:

  • Eportfolio
  • Tracker
  • Both (depending on your configuration)

Tips & Notes

  • Transfers depend on your Centre’s Integration Hub and Event Subscription setup.
  • Learners must have completed all onboarding steps before transferring.
  • Mapped fields (such as personal details, employer information, and programme information) will be passed through to the receiving system automatically.
  • If a learner does not appear in Eportfolio or Tracker after onboarding, check your event configuration.
