Overview

The Enrol Onboarding Module provides a structured, step-by-step onboarding journey for learners. It ensures they receive essential information, complete required actions, and review compliance documents in the correct sequence. This helps organisations meet regulatory obligations while providing administrators and assessors with full visibility of learner progress.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admins
  • Tutors
  • Learners
  • Employers

Key Benefits

⭐ For All Organisations

  • Ensures onboarding steps are completed in a consistent, structured order.
  • Supports compliance by allowing steps to be mandatory.
  • Reduces manual follow-up through automated progress tracking.

For Learners

Learners complete onboarding in a clear, guided workflow. They can:

  • Work through steps in the correct sequence.
  • Access key information and instructional content.
  • Review and acknowledge compliance documents.
  • Complete required tasks (e.g., submitting information).
  • Track progress and see outstanding steps.
  • Have progress automatically recorded.

For Administrators and Assessors

Administrators configure and manage the onboarding experience. They can:

  • Build custom onboarding workflows.
  • Configure content such as instructional pages, custom information, and mandatory steps.
  • Ensure steps are completed in the correct order.
  • Monitor learner progress, including:
    • Steps viewed
    • Steps completed
    • Outstanding actions
  • Reduce manual follow-up with automated visibility.

How It Works

Learner View

Learners are guided through the onboarding journey one step at a time. Each stage clearly outlines what needs to be reviewed or completed before moving on to the next step.

Admin/Assessor View

Administrators and assessors configure onboarding steps, track learner activity, and oversee overall workflow completion from their dashboard.
