Overview
Learners access their Enrol Onboarding portal using a secure magic link sent by their training provider. The link takes learners directly to their personalised onboarding steps so they can begin completing required actions.
Steps
How to Access the Learner Portal
- Open the magic link sent to you by your training provider.
- Your Learner Portal will open automatically.
- Review your list of onboarding steps.
- Click Start Onboarding or select the first step to begin.
✔️ Tip: Magic links are time‑limited and should not be shared. If your link expires, ask your training provider to send a new one.
Tips & Notes
- You must complete steps in the order shown.
- Progress is saved automatically as you complete each step.
- If a step does not unlock, ensure previous steps are marked as completed.
