Understanding your Onboarding journey

Overview

Your onboarding journey is presented as a clear list of steps that you must complete. These steps guide you through important information, required actions, and learning provider expectations before you begin your programme.

Your onboarding steps may include:

  • Instructions, policies and guidance
  • Forms or information you must complete and submit
  • Other required steps set by your training provider

Step Statuses Explained

Each step in your onboarding list will show one of the following statuses:

  • Not started – You have not opened this step yet.
  • In progress – You have started the step but not completed it.
  • Completed – You have finished this step successfully.
  • Upcoming – This step will unlock once previous steps are complete.

Tips & Notes

  • You must complete steps in order — later steps may not unlock until earlier ones are finished.
  • Forms save your progress automatically if you leave partway through.
  • Your training provider may include custom pages, forms, or uploaded documents for you to review.
  • You can view any completed steps at any time.
