[Eportfolio] Employers are unable to sign reviews via magic link

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting some employers who are either unable to sign the review via the magic link, or are finding that signatures are missing from the review after it has been signed.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Delete an Applicant

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

To delete an Applicant follow the below steps:

  1. Click Applications in the navigation menu
  2. Hover over the applicant and click the ellipsis menu
  3. Click Delete
  4. Confirm Delete

Only Applicants on the status Open can be deleted. If the Applicant is showing any other status, then we advise to archive.
