Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

Delete an Applicant

Overview

Client Owners and Tutors can delete an Applicant from Enrol, provided the Applicant is still in the Open status. Once an Applicant progresses beyond this stage, they can no longer be deleted and should be archived instead.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

Steps to Delete an Applicant

  1. Click Applications in the navigation menu.
  2. Hover over the Applicant and click the ellipsis menu.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Confirm Delete.

Important: Only Applicants with the status Open can be deleted.

If the Applicant is showing any other status (such as In Review, Pending, or Completed), we advise archiving instead.

More information on archiving can be found here.

Tips & Notes

  • Deleting an Open Applicant will remove all associated form data.
  • If an Applicant has begun completing forms, deletion may not be possible — archiving should be used instead.
  • Archived Applicants can still be referenced for reporting and auditing purposes.
