[Eportfolio] Employers are unable to sign reviews via magic link

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting some employers who are either unable to sign the review via the magic link, or are finding that signatures are missing from the review after it has been signed.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

TM-4891: Enrol - Mandatory fields are being bypassed on review forms

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting Enrol where forms appear to be able to be sent without mandatory fields completed. 

At the current moment there’s no workaround.

How to create a Learner Status

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager

To create a Learner Status, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Click Centre
  2. Click Look-up tables
  3. Click Learner Statuses
  4. Click Create Learner Status
  5. Enter Status name 
  6. Add a Status Colour
  7. Tick if you want status to be visible to the learner 
  8. Click Save

You can now assign a status to your learners.
