[Eportfolio] Employers are unable to sign reviews via magic link

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting some employers who are either unable to sign the review via the magic link, or are finding that signatures are missing from the review after it has been signed.
At the current moment there’s no workaround.
Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

TM-4891: Enrol - Mandatory fields are being bypassed on review forms

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting Enrol where forms appear to be able to be sent without mandatory fields completed. 

At the current moment there’s no workaround.

Our Technology team are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Change Learner status

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor with permission

  Permissions

Can manage learner accounts  

To change a learner status, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to learner portfolio
  2. Click Episode tab
  3. Locate Learner Status
  4. Select the status from the drop-down list
  5. Click Save

The status will now be displayed on the learner’s portfolio in the Information & Options section where you can also click to change the learner status.

You can also set the learners status within reviews and assessment plans when the below status is enabled.

  • Allow the learner status to be set on assessment plans and reviews
