How to Recalculate a Learner's Actual OTJ in Onefile Eportfolio

Overview

Centre Managers can refresh a learner's Actual Off-The-Job (OTJ) figure themselves, straight from the learner's OTJ panel. Previously this needed a support ticket.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

Centre Manager

Steps to Recalculate Actual OTJ

Open the learner and go to their OTJ panel.
Click Recalculate OTJ. The recalculation is queued and can take a few minutes.

Tips & Notes

The Recalculate OTJ button is disabled while a recalculation is already in progress.
The figure updates once the recalculation finishes — you don't need to stay on the page.
