Overview
The Timesheet section allows you to filter entries based on a selected Timesheet Category and identify which entries have been marked as Off-The-Job (OTJ). This helps users quickly locate relevant activity within a learner’s Onefile Eportfolio.

- All users with access to the learner’s portfolio
Steps
How to Filter Timesheet Entries
- Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
- Click the Timesheet section.
- Select the desired Timesheet Category from the drop-down menu.
- (Optional) Tick Is OTJ to view only entries marked as Off-The-Job.
- Click Apply Filters.
Once applied, the Timesheet will only display the entries that match your selected category, OTJ status, and any date filters you have set.
Tips & Notes
- The button previously labelled Filter is now called Apply Filters.
- You can combine Category, OTJ, and Date Range filters for more precise results.
- OTJ visibility depends on the Timesheet Category configuration set by the Centre Manager.
