✨ Frequently Asked Question
This article forms part of our Inclusion Module FAQ series.
Overview
Yes. The Inclusion Module has been designed with learner support processes in mind and provides a range of tools that can help Centres record, evidence, and monitor support activities.
By bringing support plans, reviews, support delivery records, evidence, and monitoring information together in one place, the module can support organisations that need to demonstrate the support provided to learners.
What Evidence Can Be Recorded?
The Inclusion Module allows Centres to maintain a comprehensive record of learner support activities, including:
- Support Plans.
- Barriers to Learning.
- Support Needs.
- Reasonable Adjustments.
- Support Reviews.
- Wellbeing Check-ins.
- Supporting documents and evidence.
- ILR Monitoring Codes.
This information helps create a clear record of identified needs, planned interventions, and support delivered to the learner.
Support Delivery Tracking
The Support Delivery tab provides a dedicated area for recording learner support activity.
This includes details such as:
- Who provided the support.
- The date support was delivered.
- The duration of the support session.
- A description of the support provided.
- Total support hours delivered.
This information can be reviewed and exported when required.
Support Delivery Reporting
The Support Delivery tab includes a CSV export option, allowing support activity to be extracted for further review or reporting purposes.
This can help Centres analyse support delivery and maintain records of learner support interventions.
Audit Trail and Accountability
All Inclusion Module activity is recorded within an audit trail.
The audit history records:
- The user who performed the action.
- Their role.
- The date and time of the action.
- The activity completed.
This creates a transparent history of support-related activities and changes.
Future Reporting Enhancements
Additional reporting options are planned for future releases, including the inclusion of Inclusion Module data within overnight exports and the Power BI data feed.
These enhancements will provide Centres with broader reporting and analysis capabilities.
