Overview
The Inclusion Module is included with your Onefile Eportfolio licence at no additional cost. It is not a chargeable add-on or bolt-on product.
Centres with access to Onefile Eportfolio can enable the Inclusion Module and begin using its learner support, wellbeing, and support planning features without purchasing an additional licence.Please reach out to your Onefile Account Manager to enable Inclusion.
What Is Included?
The Inclusion Module is provided as part of your existing Onefile Eportfolio subscription and includes features such as:
- Barriers to Learning
- Support Needs
- Reasonable Adjustments
- Support Plans
- Wellbeing Check-ins
- Support Delivery Tracking
- Learner Support Reporting and Analytics
Do I Need to Enable the Module?
Yes. Although the Inclusion Module is included with your licence, it is disabled by default.
A Centre Manager must enable the module before users can access it.
Can I Test the Module Before Using It?
Yes. The Inclusion Module is available on both live and practice sites, allowing Centres to test functionality and configure permissions before rolling it out to users.
