Overview
Admin users can view and download Engage Interaction history. This allows you to review who communications were sent to and export the data if required for reporting or auditing.
Permissions
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
Steps
- Click Interactions from the main menu.
- Click History.
- You will now be able to view all interactions sent, including who they were sent to.
- If required, download the information using the available export options.
Tips & Notes
- Download options may vary depending on your Centre's configuration.
- Only Admin users can download full interaction history.
- Interaction history can be useful for audit trails and monitoring communication activity.
