Create Interaction templates

Overview

This article explains how to create Interaction Templates for both email and text communications. Templates support consistent messaging across your Centre and help Admin users save time when sending frequent or repeated communications. Use this guide to set up templates quickly and effectively.

Permissions

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admin user

Only Admin users can create Interaction Templates. Other roles may be able to use templates depending on Centre permissions.

Steps

  1. Click Interactions from the main menu.
  2. Click Templates to view all existing interaction templates.
  3. Click Create template to begin creating a new one.
  4. Select the template type: Email or Text, based on the communication you want to create.
  5. Click Create template again to open the template editor.

Tips & Notes

  • ⚠️ Email templates can contain up to 10,000 characters.
  • ⚠️ Text templates are limited to 140 characters per message.
  • You can exclude specific learners from bulk communications via the learner’s profile.
  • Best practice: Use clear, simple language and keep templates reusable across different situations.
