Overview
This article explains how Centre Managers can enable the Interactions feature within Onefile Eportfolio. Enabling Interactions allows your centre to send email and text communications directly through the application. Follow the steps below to activate and configure the integration.
Permissions
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
Steps
- Click Centre from the main menu.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Go to integrations to open the integrations dashboard.
- Click Enable integration to activate the Interactions integration.
- Click Configure to manage settings.
- Tick the communication types you would like to enable (Email and/or Text).
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Tips & Notes
- If you are unable to see this integration, please contact your Onefile Account Manager.
- Ensure you only enable communication types your centre intends to use.
- Configuration changes take effect immediately once saved.
