User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
- Click Learners
- Click Import Learners
- Select learners
- Click Import Learners
The selected learners are now being processed from Eportfolio into Engage. The amount of time this will take is dependent on how many learners have been selected, the system will import around 50 accounts per hour.
Information
If the Assessor that is associated with the learners in Eportfolio does not exist as a user in Engage as part of the learners import, Engage will import the Assessor and create the Assessor a keychain.
