Archive or delete an Engage user

Overview

Users can be archived or deleted in Onefile Engage to help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date user lists. Archiving removes the user from active visibility, while deletion permanently removes their account.

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Admin

Steps

How to Archive or Delete a User

  1. Click Users on the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Locate the user you wish to archive or delete.
  3. Click the kebab menu (three dots) next to their name.
  4. Select Archive or Delete.

Tips & Notes

  • Archive hides the user from active lists but keeps their account available for reporting.
  • Deleted users cannot be restored — ensure deletion is appropriate before confirming.
