User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
- Click Users
- Click Import Users
- Select User Group
- Select the role you want to import the selected users into Engage as
- Select the users you wish to import from Eportfolio
- Click Import users
The selected users are now being processed from Eportfolio into Engage. The amount of time this will take is dependent on how many users have been selected, the system will import around 50 accounts per hour.
Information
Users without an existing Eportfolio account will need to be created manually in Engage.
Please note that users without an email address in Eportfolio cannot be imported.
