Who Can Use This Feature?
Only the following roles can delete scorecards if they have been granted the “Can Delete Scorecards” permission:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
If you do not see the delete icon, please contact a centre manager at your training organisation to confirm your permissions.
Steps to Delete a Scorecard
- Navigate to the learner's profile
- Click the Progress tab
- Select Scorecard
- Click View All
- Locate the scorecard you wish to delete
- Click the ?️ Delete icon next to that scorecard
ℹ️Important Notes
Deleted scorecards cannot be recovered. Please ensure you are deleting the correct one.
