Scheduling a Scorecard

Overview

The Scorecard feature allows Assessors to schedule learner progress reviews. When scheduled, the learner receives a task that directs them to their Scorecard for completion.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Assessor and Trainee

Steps

Steps to Schedule a Scorecard

  1. Navigate to the learner's portfolio.
  2. Click the Progress tab.
  3. Click Scorecard.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select the date for the Scorecard.
  6. Add any comments (these will appear on the Scorecard for the learner).
  7. Click Schedule.

Editing or Deleting a Scheduled Scorecard

  1. Follow steps 1–4 above.
  2. Click the three dots next to the scheduled Scorecard.
  3. Select Edit or Delete.

Tips & Notes

  • When an Assessor schedules a Scorecard, the learner receives a task prompting them to complete it.
  • If a learner has already started scoring and you schedule a Scorecard, their draft scoring becomes the scheduled Scorecard with the chosen date.
  • ✔️ Tip: Use comments to give clear instructions or context before scheduling the Scorecard.
