Overview
Centre Managers have the ability to link a standard to a rating scale template in Onefile.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
Steps to Assign a Standard to a Rating Scale
- Click Centre in the navigation menu.
- Click Standards.
- Locate the Standard you want to link.
- Under Rating Scale Template, select the appropriate scale.
- Click Save.
✅ Tip: Review rating scales regularly to ensure they align with your organisation’s strategy.

If you are unable to assign a rating scale to a standard, contact standards@onefile.co.uk for assistance.
