Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

Archive a standard on RPL

Overview

Standards can be archived in RPL when they are no longer in use or no longer required by your organisation. Archiving helps keep your Standards list organised and prevents new applications from being created against outdated or unused Standards.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Client Owner
  • Finance Admin
  • Tutor

Steps to Archive a Standard

  1. Click Manage Standards in the navigation menu.
  2. Click the context menu (three dots) next to the Standard you want to archive.
  3. Click Archive.

The Standard will now appear in the Archived tab.

Important Information

  • You can only archive a Standard that has no active applications associated with it.
  • If a Standard still has active or pending applications, you must close or reassign them before archiving.
  • Archived Standards can be restored if needed by accessing the Archived tab.

Tips & Notes

  • Use archiving to keep your Standards list clean and relevant.
  • Review active applications before archiving to avoid disruption.
  • Only archive once the Standard is no longer in delivery or planned for use.
