Setup Funding Calculator

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner

To set up a Funding Calculator for new or existing Apprenticeship Standards follow the below steps:

  1. Click Manage Standards
  2. Click Set up funding calculator
  3. Click Start
  4. Complete all Cost fields
  5. Click Continue to Visits
  6. Complete all Visit fields
  7. Click Continue to Topics
  8. Click arrow to expand topic sections
  9. Select weighting by clicking radio buttons (Will default to medium if none set)
  10. Click Continue to Reductions
  11. Enter your required reductions to all fields
  12. Click Preview summary
  13.  Click Finish Setup

Once you have finished setting up your Funding Calculator for the Apprenticeship Standard, you can view the summary again by selecting View funding calculator on the Manage Standards page.
