Overview
Assessors can invite an employer to take part in a review by sending them an invitation directly from within the Review screen. This allows the employer to complete their part of the declaration and participate in the review process.

- Centre Managers
- Assessors
- Trainee Assessors
Permissions
- Can invite a new Employer from a review
Steps to Invite an Employer to a Review
- Navigate to the learner.
- Click Reviews.
- Click Open on the right-hand side of the relevant review.
- Scroll down to the Declarations section.
- Click Change Employer.
- Click Invite new employer.
- Enter the employer’s email address.
- Click Check.
If the employer does NOT have an account:
- Enter the employer’s first name and last name.
- Reconfirm the email address.
- Click Continue.
If the employer already has an account:
- Click Continue.
Assigning Employer Access
You will be asked whether to assign the employer to:
- The learner’s portfolio
- This review only
Important: If you choose Assign employer to this review only, the employer will be able to access the learner’s portfolio until the review is signed. Once signed, the employer’s access is automatically removed.
What Happens Next?
- The employer receives an email invitation.
- They must accept the invitation.
- Once accepted, they receive their login details.
- The invited employer will be added to the same Placement as the learner.
