Sending Review magic links to Employers

  • Allow Magic Links for employer signatures
  • Expiry duration

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

To share a magic link with an employer follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your assessor account
  2. Create a new review.
  3. Under Declarations click Share review
  4. Select Share with an existing Employer or Share using an email address
  5. Click Continue
  6. Select existing employer or enter their email
  7. Click Share Review
  8. Click Close

Please note:

The employer must have a verified email address on OneFile for them to appear in the list

The Learner must also have a Default Employer allocated to them via the Access Accounts tab
