User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessor
- Trainee Assessor
To share a magic link with an employer follow the steps below:
- Log into your assessor account
- Create a new review.
- Under Declarations click Share review
- Select Share with an existing Employer or Share using an email address
- Click Continue
- Select existing employer or enter their email
- Click Share Review
- Click Close
Please note:
The employer must have a verified email address on OneFile for them to appear in the list
The Learner must also have a Default Employer allocated to them via the Access Accounts tab
Centre Managers can also share the link once the review has been started by an assessor.
