Completing reviews using a Magic Link

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Employer

When a training provider has shared a link with an employer the review can be accessed by the magic link in the email. To complete the review using the link, follow the steps below:

  1. Click link within the email
  2. Click Send code to email
  3. Add verification code
  4. Click Access review

You'll now have access to the review.

Anonymous users can sign the review on behalf of the Employer by clicking Sign on Employer's behalf. The user will then be prompted to enter their details, sign the declaration and save the review. 

The details of the user who signed the review will appear within the declarations box next to the Employer option along with the date and time of the signature.
