Overview
Employers can complete a learner review using a Magic Link sent to them by the training provider. This allows them to securely access and sign the review without needing a Onefile login.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Employer
How to Complete a Review Using a Magic Link
- Click the link provided in the email.
- Click Send code to email.
- Enter the verification code you receive.
- Click Access review.
You will now have access to complete the review.
Signing the Review
Anonymous users can sign the review on behalf of the Employer by clicking Sign on Employer's behalf.
They will be prompted to:
- Enter their details
- Sign the declaration
- Save the review
The details of the person who signed will appear in the declarations box next to the Employer section, along with the date and time of the signature.
